Data Quality Analysis

Ms. Moses joined NELS in May 2014 with a strong background in research and data validation.

Her responsibilities include data mining/knowledge discovery, database error correction and data entry improvement pertaining to freight rail logistics. Her primary role is to research and verify data that is incorporated into the NELS rail reference database by cross-referencing several sources, both online and in print. Her attention to detail improves the accuracy of business-critical lookup tables, in turn increasing the precision of NELS products.

She is also skilled in AutoCAD (civil engineering), having drafted plans for major retail outlets and planned industrial facilities. Her experience utilizing field survey data, satellite imagery, rail alignment and roadway layout plans is integral to our process.

Ms. Moses has a BA degree in scenic design from San Diego State University – San Diego, CA and is a member of the Design Review Commission for the town of Franklin, MA.
